Appointment Application

To inquire about an appointment please copy, paste, and fill out the following in an email to margotlibbontattoos@gmail.com:

• Name:

• Phone number:

• A description of the tattoo you would like to get:

• Placement of the tattoo and an estimation of size and dimensions in inches:

• Will we be working around existing tattoos?

• Is this project a coverup?

• Which days and times work best for your appointment, please list all available (Tuesday/Wednesday 10:30am and 2pm, Friday/Saturday 12:30pm and 4pm):

• A clear, straight on photo of where the tattoo will be going (attach photos with the email)

• Any reference photos you may have to show what you are looking for in terms of style, color palette, space covered, etc. I dot not replicate any exact images (attach photos with the email)

  If your email does not include all of the information above your request will not be considered for booking

  Do not send more than one email per request

After I have received your inquiry and we have a confirmed date I will request a deposit that can be sent via PayPal or brought in directly to the shop. Please do not send deposits before we have a confirmed date for your appointment.
